what's the windy city? chicago?
Chicago maybe? Although in the trivia vein, I recently learned that it is called the Windy City because of the loudmouthed politicians of the early 1900's, not because of the wind!
I'm going to have to say Boston, being on the water and all.
I figured people might guess Chicago...but the correct answer is Boston! Crazy!
is chicago out because it's not in the top ten windiest cities or because it's population isn't big enough?
