Which team sport has periods of play called "chukkas"? Bonus points if you can tell me whether that question mark should have gone inside those quotes or not!

I'm going to guess curling. Don't chukkas sound Canadian? And the way you had it is correct - the question mark should go outside the quotation marks (or as they say in Britain, inverted commas).
Outside the quotation marks, I do know that.
And I'm going to guess that chukkas involve some sort of singing contest where the song is "Hooked on a Feeling"...
Great, now I have "Hooked on a Feeling" in my head AND I want to go see a curling match!
The answer is polo! I'm guessing this blog isn't attracting the polo set :) The closest I've ever gotten to a match was the polo scene in Pretty Woman!
