It's Howard Cosell...and for some reason, I remember a parody (SNL, maybe?) where he reported from the Toilet Bowl in Flushing, NY. Dennis Miller also talked too much when he was a Monday Night Football announcer for one season.
Yup, that's right...it's Howard Cosell! Monday Night Football used to be on ABC, I believe.
