Very curious. Since DC doesn't count it might be something else small(ish) -- Rhode Island perhaps?
Or maybe it's something weird like Hawaii?
Aloha! I think it's Hawaii. Though from our stay on the Big Island, there wasn't anything very "metropolitan" about a lot of the little towns we drove through!
Good thoughts, but the answer is New Jersey. So they call themselves the Garden State, eh???
