oh, i totally know this one! ferris bueller's day off, Lyman Ward as Ferris' father (okay, i cheated on this one) to Jennifer Grey. just wanted to be first to answer. (this is jenny, btw)
Indeed Jenny is correct! The line was delivered in perfect deadpan by Mr. Bueller towards the end of the movie (chapter 13 on the DVD) in regards to his daughter's second speeding ticket.
