That likeness of Abe Lincoln at his memorial is quite a TRIVIA QUIZ!

Today's trivia quiz is brought to you by The Statue of Liberty National Monument. Holler if you ever got to go up to the crown!

Here's today's question:
If there's a statue of a guy on horseback, what does it mean if both front legs are in the air? What about if all four legs are on the ground?

Bonus points if you can remember which configuration the horse guy in Monopoly was. Good luck!

Oooh, I know this one! (Or at least kind of, we'll see.)

Both front legs in the air = the guy (or gal) was killed in battle; both front legs on the ground = survived (or, it could be the opposite). And I think if the horse has one leg in the air, it means the guy was wounded in battle but survived.

The only time I made it to the Statue of Liberty, the crown was closed, but there were these guys on the boat who kept hawking some sort of brochure they wanted me to buy. And some girl who refused to put on a chicken suit.

I always thought this was random, but apparently it's not!

If a statue in the park of a person on a horse has both front legs
in the air, the person died as a result of wounds received in battle;
if the horse has all four legs on the ground, the person died of
natural causes.

I'm pretty sure the horse in Monopoly had the front legs in the air, which I guess means the rider died in a horrible...real estate accident?
